Forth Valley Viewpoint Trail
Ascend through the conifers to a fine viewpoint overlooking Aberfoyle with great views of the wider Forth Valley landscape.
A grassy-banked entry point on the B829, just past Aberfoyle at the eastern end of Loch Ard. The road-side layby gives quick and easy shore access with a short walk to the waters edge. Good for a fast dip, though it can be busy on warm weekends.
